 Oasis Gardening is owned and run by Graeme Toyne.
Although working in large "blue chip" organisations for over 20 years, Graeme's hobby and passion was gardening and after much debating, he decided to see if he could turn his passion into a business.
Initially setting himself up in 2007 as an “eBayer” to test the water and sell a handful of gardening and garden leisure related products, he soon expanded his product range and launched the Oasis Gardening website in 2008.
Being
an avid “amateur” gardener and having been a member of the Royal
Horticultural Society (RHS) for a number of years, Graeme enhanced his
credentials by qualifying as a garden designer in early 2009, obtaining
an Advanced Certificate from Reaseheath College.
Also in 2009, he helped to work as part of a team to build a show garden at the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park...the garden went on to win a Gold Medal!
As well as running Oasis Gardening which now stocks around 300 products, Graeme also runs a sister business - Lifestyle Garden Services which focuses upon garden design & gardening services for people living in the Flintshire, Denbighshire & West Cheshire areas.
